Anthony International

Anthony Vista Series refrigeration doors

Two models delivering solid thermal performance and clean sightlines for grocery stores, convenience stores, and smaller retail cooler environments — without the premium of the Infinity Series. KCL represents Anthony International across Eastern Canada.

Performance and visibility at accessible price points

The Vista Series sits between the Infinity and Rugged lines in Anthony’s lineup. Both Vista models are designed for customer-facing cooler environments — grocery and c-store merchandising, smaller retail cooler sets, and endcap applications — where visual impact matters but the Infinity Series premium isn’t warranted. Neither Vista model is rated for low-temperature freezer use.

Vista B

Aesthetic-focused mid-range model. Reliable thermal performance, clean sightlines, normal temperature cooler applications.

Vista C

Utilitarian retail workhorse. Full-length handle standard, 3.58 kWh/day, 65% RH protection. The most widely deployed Vista model in Canadian retail.

Vista B — aesthetic mid-range merchandising

The Vista B is the aesthetics-forward model in the Vista Series, carrying slightly more refined detailing than the Vista C at a similar price tier. It performs reliably in standard retail cooler environments — grocery endcaps, convenience store cooler runs, and specialty retail glass-door coolers — where the goal is a clean presentation without the Infinity Series’ slim-border premium.

The Vista B is rated for normal temperature cooler use only. Like all Anthony doors, it ships with door rail heat, magnetic gasket, LifePlus gasket, automatic hold-open and door stop, reversible swing, and a single energy controller per frame as standard. Optimax 7 LED lighting options are available.

Vista C — retail workhorse with full-length handle

The Vista C is the most widely deployed Vista model in Canadian retail environments. Its defining feature is the full-length handle as standard — which is optional on every other Anthony model — making it particularly well-suited to high-traffic cooler sets where staff and shoppers are reaching across the full height of the door continuously. The Vista C runs at 3.58 kWh/day and provides 65% RH protection at 75°F ambient store temperature.

Like the Vista B, the Vista C is rated for normal temperature cooler use only and covers grocery merchandising, c-store cooler runs, and smaller retail cooler environments. It’s the appropriate specification when the Infinity Series’ price premium isn’t warranted and the Rugged Series’ utilitarian profile doesn’t fit the environment.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between Vista B and Vista C?

Vista B carries slightly more refined aesthetic detailing; Vista C is more utilitarian and includes a full-length handle as standard rather than optional. Both are rated for normal temperature cooler use only and perform comparably in retail environments.

Are Vista Series doors rated for freezer use?

No. Neither Vista B nor Vista C is rated for low-temperature freezer applications. For freezer-rated doors in a similar price tier, the Rugged Series 101 is the correct specification. For a merchandising aesthetic with freezer performance, specify the Infinity 90.

Can Vista doors be retrofitted into an existing cooler opening?

Yes. Vista doors are available in standard retail opening sizes and can be retrofitted into existing frames with proper measurement. KCL handles the specification process.

Which Vista model is better for a high-traffic convenience store cooler?

Vista C, because the full-length handle is better suited to continuous high-traffic use than a mid-height handle. For a beer cave application specifically, the Rugged Series 401 with beer cave configuration is a stronger fit.

Where can I source replacement parts for Vista doors?

In-stock gaskets, door heaters, controllers, and lighting components are available through Supermarket Parts Warehouse with same-day shipping on orders before 10am EST.
