Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the Infinity 60 and Infinity 90?
The Infinity 60 is cooler-only with a 0.60″ border and dual-pane glass. The Infinity 90 supports both cooler and freezer environments down to −10°F using triple-pane glass and a 1.28″ border. Both share the same Infinity Edge aesthetic and Optimax 7 LED platform, but they are not interchangeable where freezer performance is required.
Can Infinity doors be retrofitted into existing walk-in openings?
Yes. Infinity doors are available in a range of standard widths and heights, and KCL handles the specification process to confirm frame compatibility before ordering. Retrofitting an Infinity door into an existing cooler box is a common project.
Which Infinity model supports a pass-thru configuration?
The Infinity 90 only. Pass-thru is available in 30″, 35″, 36″, and 38″ widths. The Infinity 60 and MAX do not support pass-thru configurations.
Is the Infinity MAX suitable for freezer use?
No. The Infinity MAX is rated for normal temperature cooler environments only. For freezer-rated applications requiring a frameless aesthetic, the specification should be reviewed with KCL.
Do Infinity doors include shelving?
Yes. All Infinity models include five to seven epoxy-coated wire shelves at 27″ depth. Double-wide shelves are available as an option on all three models and are standard on the Infinity MAX.
Where can I source replacement parts for Infinity doors?
